With formal education and over 30 years of combined experience, elle/A. Interiors is an NCIDQ-certified, North Carolina Board of Architecture-registered interior design firm based in Wilmington, NC. We are a team of creative visionaries, driven by a true passion for interior design and the process of bringing spaces to life. With meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, we transform environments into inspired, functional, and beautifully crafted spaces.
OUR EXPERIENCE
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of designing for a wide array of project types; both renovations and new construction alike. Our portfolio includes various types of hospitality, commercial, and high-end residential spaces. ​
OUR PROCESS
​Our initial approach remains true for each project we take on, no matter the type; a strong design concept. This ensures we’re harmonious with our clients and that the design story we’re creating is in line with their own vision from the very start. Whether we’re working with a solo decision maker or with a whole team, we listen carefully to wants, needs and concerns and work together to create solutions that truly work, both functionally and aesthetically.
The core concepts of design are our driving forces: balance, emphasis, contrast, rhythm, scale + proportion, details, harmony + unity. These principles, combined with consideration of who the end-users will be, as well as location relevance, are the foundations we build from with each project endeavor; shaping new lifestyle experiences with each space.
OUR GOAL
As continually growing designers, it’s important to us that we remain forever curious. We strive to stay educated on the latest technologies and trends, so we’re well-informed when making product and finish selections. Each area and its function are taken into account when selecting for materiality, style, durability, and code compliance; while simultaneously dreaming of the ‘wow’ factors.
Our main goal is to continually be a trusted resource for our clients and the entire construction design team, while producing projects we are proud of. We focus on a smooth and enjoyable process, accurate and timely project documentation, and importantly, for the end result to exceed design expectations.
